24-Hour Return Policy

Not satisfied with your purchase? At zapoye you can return eligible items within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Quick, simple, and hassle-free.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return within 24 hours, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Product is unused and in original, undamaged condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included
  • Serial numbers and security seals are intact and unaltered

How to Return

Starting a return is simple — act fast within the 24-hour window:

  • Email support@zapoye.com or call 1-800-ZAPOYE within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will confirm your return within 2 hours
  • Pack the item securely in its original box — we arrange pickup across Pakistan
  • Refund processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the item

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Need a different model? Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll help arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened ear tips and certain accessories may not be eligible for return unless defective. Returns after the 24-hour window cannot be accepted except for warranty claims.
