Every AirPods product sold at zapoye is 100% genuine and comes with our official manufacturer warranty. We source exclusively from authorized distributors to ensure your product is fully covered.

What's Covered

Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for:

• AirPods & AirPods Pro: 1 year from date of purchase
• AirPods Max: 1 year from date of purchase
• Battery service coverage where applicable under standard terms

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Accidental damage, drops, or liquid exposure
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear (e.g. ear tip degradation)
• Loss or theft of the product

How to Claim Warranty
